I. Tujuan Pembelajaran

a.    Dengan metode tanya jawab, siswa dapat menyebutkan dan mendiskripsikan berbagai macam hobi

b.    Dengan metode diskusi, siswa dapat memahami ungkapan yang digunakan untuk membicarakan hobi dan minat

c.   Dengan metode penugasan, siswa dapat menggunakan berbagai bentuk dan ungkapan untuk membicarakan hobi dan minat

Contoh percakapan tentang hobi dan minat

There two young men in front of house. They want to know their own hobbies and interests.

Yuwono             : Hi, Friend. What are you doing here?

Haris                              : Hi. I’m repairing a motorcycle that i took from my uncle this morning.

Yuwono             : Are you repairing in break time?

Haris                  : Yes. What’s wrong?

Yuwono             : Nothing. Is your hobby repairing?

Haris                  : Yes. I like repairing this especially motorcycle or car very much. How about you? What do you do in spare time?

Yuwono                         : I like computer. I play internet every Monday, Wednesday and  Friday.

Haris                  : If you play internet on those day, what about the other day?

Yuwono             : I just stay at home. I ussually watch TV, read some books, play chess and the afternoon I play football.

Haris                  : Oh, I see. You have a lot of hobbies, don’t you?

Yuwono             : You’re right.

V. Langkah- Langkah Kegiatan Pembelajaran :

A.    Kegiatan Awal 10’

·         Guru memberikan salam kepada siswa

·         Guru memeriksa kehadiran siswa

·         Guru memberikan tanya jawab kepada siswa berdasarkan gambar tentang hobi dan minat

·         Guru menyampaikan materi yang akan dibahas dan tujuan pembelajaran.

B.     Kegiatan Inti :

Eksplorasi: 10’

§  Guru  memberikan text fungsional dengan menggunakan kosa kata resmi dalam bentuk dialog

§  Siswa diminta untuk membaca dialog tentang hobi dan minat

§  Siswa diperkenalkan dengan kata-kata dan ekspresi yang digunakan untuk berbicara tentang hobi dan minat.

§  Siswa dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok, berpasangan terdiri dari 2 orang

Elaborasi: 30’

§  Siswa berdiskusi sesuai dengan instruksi guru

§  Siswa diarahkan untuk membangun dialog berbicara tentang hobi dan minat

§  Siswa berlatih membuat dialog tentang hobi dan minat dengan teman.

§  Siswa diminta untuk mempraktikan dialog mereka di depan kelas

§  Guru mengevaluasi kinerja mereka, memberi komentar dan koreksi

§  Guru mengklarifikasi hasil diskusi dan menyimpulkannya
